INTERNET SPEED / IPv4 + IPv6
Your connection.
Both protocols.
Compare download, upload, and latency across different hosts and routes. IPv4 and IPv6 stay separate; automatic-protocol sources are labelled separately.
Ready. No external requests run until you start.

Results by source and route
The IPv4/IPv6 cards show the best measured rate across verified routes. Sources are tested sequentially; speeds are never added together. Automatic-protocol results do not enter those cards.
Start a test to compare the selected sources.
How this test works
Each route runs separately, with download before upload. HTTP uses parallel streams; the optional Hetzner WebSocket cross-check uses one connection per direction. Warm-up traffic is excluded from speed calculations and included in transfer totals. Rates measure application data in decimal Mbps.
Latency is application round-trip time, not ICMP ping. Idle latency excludes the first connection warm-up request. Loaded latency is sampled during measured downloads/uploads. Jitter is the mean change between consecutive samples. Failed requests are not described as packet loss.
A “capped” rate is a shortened estimate. No rate is shown if a limit is reached during warm-up. Transfer limits and upload counts are approximate because of buffering. Stop cancels unfinished measurements. Wi-Fi, VPNs, routing and shared server capacity affect results.
Your Hetzner server has a shared 1 Gbit/s uplink. Results near that ceiling can be server-limited. Values at or above it may reflect buffering/timing and do not establish that your internet connection exceeds 1 Gbit/s.
Selected providers receive your public IP: zuim.de, Clouvider, Cloudflare, and your Hetzner server. ISP/location estimates use ipify and ipwho.is. Downloaded reports include your public addresses; the website stores no results or telemetry.
HTTP measurements use LibreSpeed (LGPLv3; source changes). Endpoint diagnostics.
